I’m interested in doing scrolling guitar chords like the bottom of the video below.

What would be the best way to accomplish this? Don’t need a step by step–just what to look up in the manual or maybe some youtube tutorials so I can time the chords to the music. Thanks a lot!

    Hi,

I would create a text event, and make it move via animated pan/crop or placement (text property).
Then just copy/paste that event, and change the text to the next chord. If you need more chords on the screen you can have them on more tracks.

But, what if you create those marks of the chords (on the left of the original video)?
You could draw them as graphic, and show only one at a time, which is being played.
    Wouldn’t that look better?
    (I’m not a guitarist… :))
    Regards

Good idea about the copy/paste. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the post.

What I like about this scrolling way is that it allows you to see what chord is coming up next, before you have to play it and the line shows you exactly where to play it.
