  What happened to my video file? It’s spilt up and down.

  Can someone tell me what I did this time?
  The video track is now a big thing with arrows up and down.
  
  See what I mean, the arrows point up and then down.

  Wow, I was going crazy, what is that for anyway, must be something useful.

  Arrows up and down were like, huh? Thought Mr. Miyagi was trying to get me to paint his fence, 😛
