  rendering to a specific file size

  I have rendered a project to hi rez and the file size is 3.5 gigs. I need to make it much smaller around 10mps. Is there anyway to set this up in 12 Pro?

  Bitrate (bits per second) defines the output size, so you need to set the desired bitrate in the selected render template.

  [Size in bytes] = [Bits per second]/8 * [Duration n seconds]

  Folks at Vegas naychance you could implement an easy to use algorithm in the next release I am sure I am not alone in the desire for a tool to dictate file size. Thx all
