    Hello there,

    In the video that I will link below, there is this very neat transition that happened, simply but cool in my opinion, so the screen gets divided in vertical parts in sync with the music.

    I came here to ask if this was done with a transition or just some dividing with cookie cutter?

    My money is on cookie cutter, if it was created using cookie cutter, I would guess that he (the creator) made individual splits for the clip. I tried it but I have trouble with making it look equal.

    I can still be proven wrong with my idea of how it was created so any help or maybe a detailed tutorial if available is much appreciated

    Try using the Mask tool in Pan/Crop. You can be more accurate with that if you use the Snap to Grid option. You should be able to slice the frame up nicely with that.
