  Sony Vegas 11 makes a Tick Tock sound all of a sudden in all my projects??

  My Sony Vegas pro 11 is suddenly making a loud knocking sound like a clock ticking even though there is no audio added yet.
  I shut down, rebooted and opened a brand new project. I then hit the start button before I ever even added a single track and its making this sound. Anyone know what this is and how to stop it?

  Turn this option off: Options > Metronome
