  cant edit mpg media

  I imported an mpg media file which I cant seem to edit. the previously imported media which was not mpg edits ok See picture. The mpg file is on the upper track and what you see is overlaying what is seen in the preview window. The mpg file was rendered by me earlier. From .vf I suppose.

  What do you mean you can’t edit it? What doesn’t it do? That screen shot looks fine.

  Apparently when I expanded the file it was not expanded enough to put the cursor on the spot where the picture was. So I expanded it a LOT and then it was ok.
  While I have your attention. Back before color TV news departments shot news in 16 mm neg film. I have some. Does the pro version convert neg to positive? 9 premium does not seem to have that capability. Thanks

  Did you try using the Sony Invert plug-in in Movie Studio? It seems like it should work to make a positive out of a negative.
