How to do “Split Screen” like old Phone conversations in Movies?
Hello
I’ve been having fun getting used to my Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 6.0 since January.
I have a question, How do I do Split Screen? like in the old movie classic of showing 2 people having a phone conversation?
I can’t find a effect that just says split screen (but I’m sure it must be there?) I thought it might be in Cookie Cutter, but I can’t find one in there that makes 2 halves of a screen (I maybe looking wrong again though)
Any help will be appreciated

Any help will be appreciated”Yea, you would think that split screen would be a common effect but it’s not there. You can, however, use the Cooke Cutter. Select Triangle and set the Size: 0.380, Center X: 1.000, and Center Y: 0.500 and you should get a diagonal split. Add a little border to your liking and you’re all set.

Thanks very much John, I have just done it & it worked a treat. I appreciate your help, now when the big Guitar solo arrives me & the other Guitarist are on the screen so its just the Trick
