  Tips for project combining different framerates

  I have material from several different sources; the nikon D7000 (24fps), GoProHD (30 & 60fps), iPhone4! (30fps i believe) and some other random sources.. Resolution varies also.. I want to combine all in a project and keep the highest IQ possible, eliminate any “stuttering” etc..

  What would be a good workflow for the best results? Convert all material individually to a desired format/framerate, before adding them to the timeline?

  I will be using Sony Vegas, but any general tips are also very welcome!
