  vegas pro 9e missing attributes in video event fx

  Hi, I’m new in this forum and I really need help for this

  My friend is having difficulty adjusting the effects inside sony vegas pro 9e. For example, whichever effects inside video fx or even transition that my friend put on a video, it will pop out window for you to adjust the effects attributes but the window is half gone. Half of the window cannot been seen and my friend can’t do anything to adjust the effect that wanted to be in a video.

  Here’s is a snap shot of the problem that my friend is having

  Some solution like updating video graphic card, minimize the window and dragging the timeline up and then drag it down. Most of it didn’t work.

  Here are the specs of my friend’s computer:

  AMD Phenom(tm)II X4 810 processor 2.61GHz
  4 GB of Ram
  Window 7 64 bits processor

  if there’s any further information that you all require in order to find solution, please do let me know.

  Open your video card settings and turn off “large fonts”. It may be a “dpi” settings that reads 120 instead of 96. But is your video card setting that’s off.

  It doesn’t seem to help, really. I was using Vegas for more than a year and everything was ok, but then suddenly with no apparent reason – this error occured.

  Any other solutions?
