  easy editing program

  A client wants to be able to edit their own very simple videos. This may be a way of saying “Goodbye Bob” for their lower-end stuff, but it’s happening anyway so I’m going to help them.

  Would you recommend Sony Vegas HD? The users are not video professionals, but just need a simple way to trim clips, put them together, and export them to Sorenson Squeeze (which they already have).

  Absolutely.
  I work with students a lot and the thing I love about Vegas is that I can get them up and doing basic editing in less than 2 hours.
  Any of the Movie Studio products would be a great choice for your client.
  There are 4 different models to choose from and the differences are explained on the Sony site.

  p.s. you can make some money teaching them how to use it 🙂
