  Light rays in movie studio hd

  Guys im struggling to get started with this, right now I want to create an effect like light rays but leave the central portion of the movie clear, feathered obviously.
  At the very least I would like to add light rays just to the sky and leave the bottom half as normal.
  Is this possible in the cheaper version to add “graduated” effects or is it a pro only feature.
