I seem to keep getting a loop area interfering with the
selection of a new loop area. It looks like the entire time line is selected for looping. When I select ctrl, shift Q ( I think) it greys out. But I cant seem to delete it so I can insert other area for looping. If I click on the audio time line to insert another loop the entire line goes blue. If I try to drag a a new area I am just moving the line over the audio and I hear the audio. If I try this above the video the same. Just moving the line over the audio. I think my problem would be solved if I could delete the entire selection and start over. Have a nice day. You’d think this is so simple but I’m a newbe and pretty ignorant of Vegas 9

The loop points are the yellow arrows at the top of the timeline. Drag an arrow and move it where you want. Hope this helps, danny
