  • How do I label events?

I recorded a period of footage in one sitting and now I need to edit out the unnecessary parts. The problem is, that this leads to the production of many events, the video of which all looks similar. I’d like to label each video event so that I know what each part is. I can use markers, but they only apply to points on the timeline and do not move if I move the events. How do I label the events so I can see at a glance, what they are about? Is there a keyboard shortcut?

Here’s two ideas ideas for you.
One is to add a text event above the split clip.
Group it to the video and it’ll stay there until you’re ready to ungroup and delete it.
Another is to make subclips of the events and label those.
