  How do I take High Quality Screen Shots

  Just wondering. I am having problems finding out have to take a screen shot of a certain still moment in a video. Any help would be appreciated.

  Set preview to best full, and click the floppy icon to save a good quality screenshot. Hope this helps. Danny Hays
