  No Audio track when importing downladed clips?

  Whenever I download a new clip say from YouTube or other sites and I import them into my timeline, all I get is Video, no Audio track…

  They can be avi, wmv, mpg, etc., but Vegas still doesn’t recognize the audio…

  DVD Arch won’t recognize audio either, but they work fine with other DVD programs (ULead, WinMovie maker, etc.)

  How do I resolve this?

  Can you point to a link that references a video you have tried this with and failed so one of us may test it?
