  running 2 versions of Vegas

  Hi..recently purchased Vegas 6 and decided to buy an upgrade to Pro8.I read Vegas 6 would no longer be able to read files once they are imported into Vegas 8. Am curious if it’s possible to run both versions of Vegas on the same computer? I would like to use what i already know on current projects while learning version 8? If so,would you know of any problems associated with doing this?… Thanks

  Both versions install in separate folder and you can continue to run multiple versions just fine. I have many different versions installed on the same machine. However, once you save a file in a newer version, it can no longer be opened in an older version.
