  I need help select blurring.

  I’m going through clearances and have been advised to blur a few images. I’ve used the blur effect before in Vegas on a select image, but found it to be very time consuming with the separating of tracks. Is there a way that I can lock onto a target and use a motion blur for a selected image?

  Look at my newsletters for the article “Blurring Faces ala Cops”. This will show you how to do this. It DOES require two tracks, though – one for the clear image and one for the blurred image.
