  Snapshot picture from video

  Anyone know how I can copy one frame from a captured video and make it a picture that can be inserted into my project? Windows Movie Maker 2 allows this process and I’d assume (bad idea?) that Sony Vegas would let me do it too. BruceW

  In the preview window there’s a floppy disk icon for Save Snapshot to File. The preview setting has an effect, so first set it to Best (full).
