  computer playback problem

  Hi, hope someone can help. My computer just came up with an error when I tried to view my movie.

  “An error occurred while starting playback. An unsupported media type was requested.”

  Details showed; “The playback device Microsoft Mapper does not exist.”

  Don’t know why it’s looking for it, but does anyone know how to fix the problem?

  Go to Options – Preferences and change your audio device.
