  “sony deform” tool glitching

  I am using Sony Vegas 13, and this is my problem:
  
  The panel only shows about 3/4 of itself, and I need to modify the Bottom controls. How do I fix this? Immediate help is needed.

  You can try resetting Vegas to its default stage by holding down the
  Ctrl & Shift keys while Vegas is starting up…

  When exactly did this started happening? After an update or something?
  Have you already tried re-installing Vegas?
