  sony vegas immediate crash, doesnt even load

  Hey everyone, so about 2 days ago whenever I try to launch sony vegas immediately crashes, not even the loading screen thing pops up. This error shows up

  It is not the graphics card, tried disabling it and then launch sony vegas but didnt work. Tried reinstalling the software, same output. Would really appreciate some help here guys. Thank you!

  Have you installed any new software or did any form of windows update
  recently over the last two days?

  I think there was a windows update (it updates automatically), and I’m using windows 10 if you are wondering.

  Edit: I wouldn’t mind formatting my pc, I just want to know if formatting my pc would solve the problem regardless of the error type. Because I honestly don’t think its a hardware issue, something must have gone wrong with files or whatever.

  It was the update.
  Can you roll back that recent update?
