  • My ExpressFX Audio Restoration is in Demo Mode. Can this be fixed?

Hello, I’m new and I’m hoping I can get some help. I do Let’s Plays on YouTube (so clique I know) and my microphone is good but I still get noise of course. My ExpressFX Audio Restoration works wonder. The thing is, it runs in demo mode. It has just started doing this and I don’t even know it’s in demo mode until I render or restart. Can someone exsplain this to me? I have Vegas 13 by the way.

No one knows why this happens but Sony is aware of it and hasn’t fixed it yet. People who upgraded from Vegas Pro 12 don’t have this problem but if you only have Vegas Pro 13 it can happen (i.e., FX revert to demo mode). I’ve had it happen to me on one of my computers that only have Vegas Pro 13.0 installed.

I use SoundSoap 4 and it does a better job on broadband noise reduction anyway. I highly recommend it for the price.

Ok, thank you very much. At least I have some closure on the problem. I’ll see what other options I have.

I appear to have the same problem. This can’t be fixed?
