★1080/24p to mp4
Hello Pro!
What would you recommend to render 1080/24p clip to mp4 formated file such as xxxxx.mp4.
I tried several templates those ends the clip to xxx.avc or xxx.mxf which makes unable to play on general windows movie players.
I am now welcome WMV as less quality than MP4.

I use Handbrake. Real easy. And now there is a clever One-Clcik “Vegas2Hanbrake” script that uses a Frameserving option – very neat. Developed by Marco Ba he has seen a need to do this directly from the Vegas Timeline, and went ahead and developed it.

From within Vegas, you can use either the Mainconcept AVC or Sony AVC encoders and start with the Internet 1080p templates. Then you can adjust the parameters as necessary. Frame rate, video bitrate and audio bitrate, etc.
