Lets say you have a 720-30p project. It’s composed of hundreds of photos and video clips purchased from websites. Any video clips which were 24fms were properly converted to 29.970 before added to the project. Now you decide to render a 720p 24-frame file (not 25 or 23.976 but 24 exactly). My question is; will a 24-frame 720p render, from a 29.970 720p project cause any loss which would have otherwise been avoided had the project been 24-frames to begin with?

My conversion results look great, but I would like to know if it would have looked even better had I started it with a 24-project. (Thanks to a script, I have 100% of the clips “resample disabled”).

    Thank you,

    Ron

    Not at all.

Not necessarily, The information that is lost is minimal.
