  Slight audio delay (not in the source video) Sony Vegas Pro 13

  Hey everyone, I am trying to test settings for my videos by making a few short ones. I have been recording to FLV at 720p 60fps and then using handbrake to convert to Mp4.

  Up to this point it has no audio delay.

  I then bring the file into Vegas project matching source video settings, which it then has the slight audio delay,

  I thought maybe it was just some lag on the preview however I rendered as 720p HD Internet at 60fps, and the delay transfers over to the rendered video as well. Have since fixed preview lag with dynamic ram preview as well.

  any suggestion on what might be causing this would be great. Thank you 🙂

  Audio and video file are same length. Have tried bringing in the source video again, but no dice as it presents the same issue.

  Try rendering out from Handbrake to a different format instead of mp4,
  You should be ok.

  Hey Steve,

  What would you suggest I render it as?

  Why would Vegas be doing this, when I watch the mp4 before import everything looks fine.
