rendering fast
is there any way to fasten the video rendering in sony vegas ??
i try to render a video with “wmv” format. the video timing is around 17 minutes and when i start to rendering, it take 4 hours to finished the rendering,,,
any solution??
the specification of my computer is
intel pentium processor T4200 (2.0GHz, 800MHz FSB, 1MB L2 cache)
RAM 3 Gigabytes -

What version of Vegas?
Vegas thrives on processor power. No other hardware change makes as much difference as a faster processor. Your 8-year old PC (the Pentium T4200 was introduced in 2008) is woefully inadequate for video work. (“Fast” and “Pentium” are an unlikely combination).The render probably starts out with optimistic predictions of rendering time, but then meets the reality of a really slow PC.

+1 on what Stephen said. Time to upgrade your computer to an Intel i7-based system that has a dedicated video card (ie- no integrated GPU).

Processing power is what truly increases rendering times in Vegas!
