  Project starts discolored

  I just shot something, I look at the file, unaltered, it looks fine. I import the file to vegas, it looks massively discolored and saturated. The last project I worked on, I did some basic color correction. I’m not sure if it’s setting color correction to be done by default, but I’d like some help changing it.

  P. S. When I preview the file it the vegas preview window it also looks fine, but when I preview it from the timeline, it looks horrible.

  You have a filter on the timeline that’s causing that to happen.
  Press the Track FX icon on the timeline and remove the filter or
  its in the Video Output FX icon above the Preview window.
