SOny Vegas 12 Render to Youtube looks pixalated

On my PC file everything looks great and crisp. But on youtube and most sites, like vimeo, it becomes pixalated. Any solutions to this? I tried changing the bitrate but it made the videos uglier and generally didnt change much.
Are there better sites for uploading? Or a method for fixing? -

Rendered video perfect, but Youtube pixelates it
It seems to be a common problem and I doubt it has anything to do with Vegas Pro.

Youtube, Vimeo and others re-encode your video to their standard which is a fairly low bitrate. High frequency detail and/or fast motion will never encode well at low bitrates.
