It’s taken me a few minutes to try and explain the issue as simple as it can be.
A problem I found is that when I either A) Import a file with Video/Audio or B) Attempt to Group them together on the timeline, when I go to actually move the “grouped” materials, they don’t lock to eachother. I’ve even attempted to ungroup and regroup them again and no success. I’m wondering if there’s a fix for this, because it happens no matter what type of file I use. I can still use all other features, it’s just that one issue I’ve run into so far that bothers me. I looked around and it appears no one else is having the same (or similar) issue to this.

Turn off Ignore Event Grouping option (Options menu)

That is not a Bug. Toggle the feature Aleksey pointed out.
