Motion blur when rendering video and I cannot figure it out. (Sony Vegas 9)
Before posting this message, I browsed and searched google all over the place, but no matter what I do I cannot find the answer so I appreciate all of your help.
Here is the problem (Sony Vegas 9):
My video is taken from my Sony camera and is a .mts file in AVC format.
More properties of the video file:

Company: Sony Creative Software IncIf I view my video as “Preview – Half” it looks great. But when I preview my video in “Good – Full” mode or “Best – Full” or “Preview – Full” it has this blurry motion blur applied to it. You can see an example here:
And no matter how I render it as a WMV file, it ALWAYS ends up blurry. Here are my render settings:
Windows Media Video V11
Mode: CBR
Format: Windows Media Video 9
Image Size: (Keep Original Size)
Pixel Aspect: 1.000 Square
Frame Rate 29.970 NTSC
Second Per Keyframe: 5
Override Default compression buffer (seconds): 5
Video smoothness: 75Bit Rate: 15 M
Video Rendering Quality: Good (I’ve also tried Preview and Best)Any ideas on why this is doing this? I also tried disabling resample as well by right clicking on the clips and choosing “switches —> disable resample”
Thanks for your help!
