quicktime VR with animated content
hello,
to start off, i don’t really know if this is the right place for this post, but since i don’t really work with anything but after effects, it made most sense to me.
i’m trying to figure out if it’s in any way possible to create a quicktime VR movie that is based on footage rather then a still. If have seen a similar thing a few years ago, but simply have no idea how to get around this.
Let me first explain the project.
Im trying to create a qt vr that the viewer can “scroll” thru as usual.
in this case however, i’d like to have sound and image movement.
say for example that while you’re scrolling thru an interior of a large hall, a person walks by and says something. The idea is that at specific moments in the film there should be something happening which will trigger the viewer to search for that specific happening.(so its not triggered by the user, but has a set timing)I’ve been playing around with cubic converter and after effects but anything more than a classic still based qt VR doesnt seem to happen. I don’t really know where to start , so any help would be greatly appreciated!!
thanks
Henk
