It has been my experience that I can import ANY previous versions of ANY Vegas projects into the latest/later version/s of SVP. However, once saved in SVP I won’t be able to open in a Studio.

What concerns me is your use of the word “fully”. What do you mean?

Graham, I would like to import project from Platinium 12 to SV Pro 12. Is it possible?

Vegas Movie Studio project files (*.vf) will open in Vegas Pro if the (*.vf) file was created in a numerical version that is less than or equal to the numerical version of Vegas Pro. (SCS KB)
If you have a MSP 12 64-bit, you should be OK.

MSP 13 just came out and by definition the projects from there should not open in VPro 12.

Try this from the SCS Site “Vegas Pro and Vegas Movie Studio project file compatibility”

You could ALWAYS download the DEMO.
