Using “s” key to split
Posted by Bob Moyer on January 12, 2014 at 3:48 pmWindows&/64/VegasPro10:
Sometimes when editing, the ‘s’ key will not function to split the event . Any idea what I may be doing wrong? The video clip is .mts/5.1 sound.
Thanks.

January 12, 2014 at 7:02 pmThank you Graham for your prompt reply. I will make sure it is selected next time. To be honest, I ‘thought’ I had selected it but now I can’t be positive!
Thanks again,

January 13, 2014 at 7:15 pmThank you all. Graham was correct in assuming that I had not ‘selected’ the event. Once selected, all works fine.
Thanks,

Vegas does a lot of “smart” stuff. This isn’t one of its best GUI talents. You aren’t alone.
