  Video not rendering properly

  So I work for a digital signage company and I’m having to learn someone else’s job after they quit… Always fun.

  I need to make digital movie posters. Static poster in the back with the trailer fading in taking up the bottom quarter of the poster, then fading out. 768×1280. The project is set to 768×1280 in the project settings, but as soon as it goes to render it switches back to a default resolution and refuses to render the way it is previewing. When I click match project settings I get nothing but audio options.

  I have another issue but I need the posters at least functional so I can update them before I start polishing effects.

  Google has proved ineffective so I humbly request your assistance, thank you in advance!

  What template are you using to render, and did you check the template’s rendering dimensions?

  When you go to “Render As…”, click “Customize Template…” and check your dimensions in the Video tab of that template.
