  Sony Vegas Pro 12 what is allow source to adjust frame rate on mp4 render!

  Hello.

  What does “Allow source to adjust frame rate” on mp4 mean?

  It was by default turned on and I turned it off.

  Rendered a 23.976 fps 80 minute film. Internet 1080 p template I turned it off and turned on 2 pass and deblocking. Did I do harm by turning it off adjust frame rate?

  This option has been a mystery for me so far too.
