I’ll be discussing Sony Vegas on the Indy Mogul live YouTube broadcast tomorrow
I’ll be on the Indy Mogul YouTube broadcast at 6 PM EST tomorrow night, Wednesday.
I won’t be promoting any projects I have. It’s a live broadcast from the Indy Mogul YouTube channel to discuss independent filmmaking techniques, trends, technology, etc. Of course, I’m going to use it to talk about Sony Vegas, which doesn’t get much attention from the producers there, but they’ve gotten to know me and know I use it and like discussing it when talk about editing comes up.

A little before 6 PM a link will appear to let you join the discussion in the comments section before we go live, then we broadcast for an hour.
If you don’t recognize me, it’s because I won’t be showing my face the entire video. It’ll become apparent why when you see me.

Apparently, I have no idea how to make this direct link work, even with CC’s tutorial. So just copy and paste it. Even when I copy CC’s exact example and replace it with my link, it doesn’t work.
That’s just to their YouTube channel. The link to the video itself won’t show up until a few minutes before we go live at 6 PM EST.
If you’re logged in to YouTube, you’ll be able to leave comments that we read as we’re broadcasting.
And in general, Indy Mogul’s pretty cool. Their two producers use FCP and Premiere, so Vegas doesn’t get discussed much, but I’ve been having brief conversations with them about it for the last few weeks. You could spend weeks watching their videos.

Once the broadcast is over, YouTube processes the video and it remains on their channel like any other video.

I never saw anything on their channel. Did anyone else figure it out?
