  Moving a Masked Picture

  I already know how to mask and move the mask somewhere else, but I what I want to know how to do is masking a picture and moving the masked picture around the screen. I’ve seen it done on YouTube videos and was wondering if you could do this in Sony Vegas or if I’ll need another program.

  Sounds like you need use Track Motion keyframes.

  As Tyson says, you simply use the Track Motion and keyframe
  the movement of your mask.
