  Sony Vegas scales up my video size

  I am trying to import a 640×480 video into my 190×1080 project and when I do, my video is scaled up to match the project height (1080) I can understand why this happens, but is it possible to prevent this from happening? So the video I add keeps its resolution and does not get scaled up?

  I don’t know if there’s an easy solution, but your media will scale to match the project size. You can use Event Pan Crop to scale it back down. If you have a lot of events to scale, you can save your preset in the Pan/Crop F/X window.

  Thank you for the reply, I have looked in Event Pan/Crop as you suggested and have been able to achieve what I wanted.
