Ok I watched that video and did what he did.
It just messed up blue and red colors making everything looks out of focus.
Where’s 3d effect?

You aren’t missing anything. It’s not “real” 3D at all because you don’t have different perspectives for the left and right eye. It’s just a picture with everything shifted exactly the same amount which isn’t really 3D (i.e., nothing is closer or further away).
To simulate 3D you need a program 3D program like Maya or After Effects that has Cameras. Then you have to set up a scene with two cameras that are separated by the interocular distance of 62-65mm and render each one to the left and right outputs.

Sort of. The problem is that the cameras are giving you a different view of the scene but the parallax will be wrong because, obviously, you can’t see behind objects in a flat 2D movie. It will still be “simulated” 3D and probably won’t fool anyone. BUT in Maya you can add titles that will be 3D so the background will be “simulated” and the titles will be “real” 3D.
You also do real 3D titles in Vegas. I just explained this in your other post. I uploaded a sample video but I’m currently waiting for the COW to process it. I will append it when it’s complete.
