Turning off Automatic Updates
Hi. I was wondering if there is a way to turn off automatic updates in Vegas Pro 11. If someone knows how to, could you tell me that, too? Thanks in advance!

Still, you can go into Preferences, and uncheck
“Use Net notify to stay informed about sony product updates“.Steve Rhoden

Oh, okay. I didn’t know that. Will that stop it from updating automatically, too, or just stop sending you notifications? Or does it not update automatically anyways?

The only way for Vegas to update is for you to do it manually.
As Steve said, that option lets you know that an update is available.
Whether you want to download and install it is entirely up to you. -
