  Sound trak is present but cannto be heard

  Hi

  Can you tell me what setting i need to change?
  The sound track is present but greyed out and i cannot hear it
  thanks

  Right Click on Audio Event, open Properties and see if the “Mute” option is selected. If so, deselect it.

  If the above doesn’t work, you might just have ‘Mute All Audio’ selected in Options. If so, deselect it.
