    Hey!

Is there a way to adjust any settings to reduce the reflection made by the glass of a window? I had to film out a window and sometimes you can actually see the camera, only just, but you can see it.

Anybody had this issue before? Any settings I could change to at least reduce it?

    Thanks

    Jackson,

A thin, even film of aerosol hairspray will ‘deaden’ the reflection from the glass, but also cause an effect on what you are shooting. It’s a trade-off. It looks like lens filter. Not all hairsprays are created equal. Try a cheap one.

A polarizing filter helps with reflections.
The trade-off is that you’ll lose 1 or 2 stops of light coming into your camera.

    Hey!

Thanks for your replies, I’ll keep that in mind. But on this occasion I meant in post.

In that case, you could try masking it out but, if the camera was moving, it would mean a LOT of keyframes.
