  Adding Border to a Video With A Transparent Background

  Hey,

  I just wanted to ask if it was possible to add a border to a video clip that (by default) has a transparent background. I don’t want borders on the edges of the video itself, I want them around the video clip as it plays (as in it surrounds the animation itself, not the edge of the video frame). Any ideas?

  Vegas Pro 12 has new Layer Dimensionality filter that (I believe) can do it
  Although I have not tried it yet…
