Serious De-interlacing Ussues After Rendering
So, I have a Canon Vixia HF S21, I went out to my local supermoto races and filmed the races. I was filming in “sports mode” which is HD 1080-60i (1920×1080, 29.970 fps) upper field first. Anyways, so I bring it into Sony Vegas and looks perfect in the preview window, only when I render it does it start showing tons of interlacing lines.
I have read around on forums and tried disabling the resampling, changing to lower field, progressive scanning etc. I cannot figure out for the life of me what is going on.
It wasn’t a huge issue in my video where I didn’t notice it (which now when I watch it I totally notice it), but now there is way more movement in what I am currently trying to render out making the interlacing 500x more noticeable. Any suggestions?
Omg I just noticed that I think it is my monitor. I had a rendered short video in VLC and took a screenshot to post on this forum, I looked at the screenshot and the interlacing was gone… WITCHCRAFT?! Can someone explain to me what VLC or my monitor is doing to me!!?
