Troubleshooting between different Sony Vegas 10 64bit and Sony Vegas 11 32 bit

I’ve been already looking desperate for a solution on the net, nothing could help me out yet.
I’ve been working several years with Sony Vegas 7d.
Now I moved to Sony Vegas 10 64bit. I wanted to open an old project from Vegas 7d 32 bit, but as some its not possible to install the plug ins magic bullet or new blu fx on Sony Vegas 10 64 Bit, I saw myself forced to try out the new version Sony Vegas 11 32bit, as I had read that only that version would be compatible with those plug ins. I could open my old Vegas 7 Project and work on them on the Sony Vegas 11 version! Everything was great, until I wanted to work with the Sony Vegas 10th again. I used to work on the 10th version as 64 bit was faster on my computer.
The 10th version didnt open up. So I deinstalled the 11 version, and the 10th version worked again. As I wanted to work again with the Sony Vegas 11 project, I reinstalled it today again. Now Sony Vegas 10th is still working.
Now I can’t open up Sony Vegas 11. When the porgramm is loading everything, at the last percents at “building windows” – there it freezes. If I forcequit it with taskmanager, it tells me:Problemereignisname: AppHangB1

Different versions should be able to co-exist on the same machine. I have Vegas 9 (x32/x64), Vegas 10 (x32/x64) and Vegas (x32/x64) all on the same machine.
Newer versions of Vegas can open older versions, but once you save it as the newer .veg version, the older version can no longer open those .veg files.
Vegas x32/x64 can open veg file versions of the same or older version of veg file. eg. Vegas 10 x64 can open veg files created in Vegas 10 x32 and vice versa, plus earlier .veg versions e.g. 9 (x32/x64), but cannot open version 11 .veg files.
Note: You can copy and paste between timelines of different Vegas versions, but not all FX may come across.
The issue of plug-ins is specific to the manufacturer of the plug-in. All support 32 bit versions, but only some will support 64 bit versions of Vegas, as you have discovered.
I can’t say I have noticed a difference in speed between 32 and 64 bit versions of Vegas.
I tend to open my .veg files by using File, Open from the Vegas application, rather than double clicking the .veg file, as Vegas can alter file associations to version level if you have been prompted to in the past (and have since forgotten about it).

I got now time to fix this problem!
I hoped I could fix this by uninstalling all previous Vegas Versions. But somehow it still does not work!

Even by deleting the files Vegas won’t work.Is it maybe an issue that I am running the Sony Vegas 11 32 Bit version on a Windows 7 64bit?

No. I am running both 32 and 64 bit versions of Sony Vegas Pro 9, 10 and 11 on the same Windows 7 x64 system. I can open all version without problem. The only thing you cannot do is open a veg file created in a later version of Vegas in an earlier version.
Something is not right with your Windows installation. As a start, perhaps you should try creating a new user account in Windows 7 and log in as that user and see if it resolves your issue.
If not:
Do you run firewall software? What do you use?
Do you run antivirus software? What do you use?
