John Rofrano has a nice tutorial on moving planes at:

How can I shift the whole plane rotation to the left and still maintain the straight-on view. I need to shift it left to fit against a background, but can’t figure out how to move it and retain the straight on perspective. Simply moving the parent track horizontially creates a keystone effect as the center vantage point doesn’t change. I tried adding an additional parent track but can’t figure out settings that work.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Probably the easiest way is to use a nested project. Create your animation in a separate project and then drop it into your main project and use Track Motion to offset it to the left.
