OUT of SYNCH Sony Vegas Pro 11 After Rendering MP4 vid It is OUT of SYNCH on Clients computer

After I render the job and on my computer, playback is perfect. But on the Clients computer (the one that matters) the audio/video get out of synch pretty quickly (minute 1). I notice that my old laptop playback is 1/2 second off immediately and gets worse.

How do I get consistent final projects? Are there settings I’m doing incorrectly?
Is my computer a problem?
Any Help is most grateful.

——information about project——-
The client provides original green screen footage.
It starts as MPG2 with frame size 1440×1080.

I convert it with “Any Converter” Ver 3.3.5 to:
720×480 mpeg4.
video bit rate 768, framerate 30, encode pass 1, audio codec aac,
sample rate 44,100 Audio bitrate 128.

SVP settings and project elements:
I have a four (4) minute green screen video that has been split 4 times
71 Text Medias
Sound track
1 solid color for background

Project Props:
1080×720
Frame rate: 29.970
Audio 48,000 Hz
Bit Depth 16
Resample set as Best

Render set as:
MAtch Project settings
Use this setting to create an MP4 (AVC/AAC) file for progressive internet downloads.
Audio: 192 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, AAC
Video: 29.970 fps, 1280×720 Progressive, YUV, 8 Mbps
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.000

Computer—
AMD Phenom IIx6 1090 T 3.2 GHz
8 gigs DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 with CUDA with 1024 GDDR5 memory
Win 7 64 bit

Sometimes the client maybe playing your HD footage
on an underpowered computer, which will make the footage
appear out of sync or have other applications running
that will also cause it….you have to also watch out for that.

So if they uploaded the file that appears bad to them to say YouTube or S3, would it show up on the web in synch?

Also…I uploaded the vid file and a small sample…
…I received an email confirming it was oked
….do you know where it is? I don’t.

Yes, it would upload in sync, even if it appeared bad to them.
