  Hello & Advice Please!

  Hello everyone, Rick here and new to the Cow, but very impressed with everything I am reading and seeing!
  I recently purchased and using Vegas and really like it! I’ve been an Adobe, Nero and Pinnacle user, but Vegas is outstanding!
  My question is I am trying to use the capture, and it doesn’t recognize my Canon camcorder (HFM31) I am using usb, it works great with pinnacle but I go through dazzle on my laptop and use the laptop as a monitor, however on my main computer (beefy with very beefy graphic card) it doesn’t see it, I sure could use any advice, I am a rookie at Vegas and it may be a simplistic click that I am overlooking,

  Vegas uses FireWire for its Capture program.
