  Cut out top half of a video literally

  Hi I’m making a video and I have some text doing an animation on the bottom half of a video (A) with just blackness above it and I have another video (B) with an animation on the top half of the video with just blackness under it. Could anyone tell me how I can cut the top half of A so I can place it over video B without any blackness covering the top of video B from video A. Thanks

  In Vegas Pro use the pan/crop window for the event and make a mask.
