“The record device does not support the current input format.”

    “An invalid device was specified.

I’ve tried batch rendering, I’ve tried rendering each individually… I can’t figure out what the error is, nor could google.

[Will Findlay] “”The record device does not support the current input format.””

Sounds like you are trying to do a Print to Tape?

So, I’ve recorded a video. I’ve split it into 6 parts.

Part 1 was uploaded as a standalone already. Rendered, no problem.
Parts 2-6 were re-edited to include kind of a flashback. Small edit, no big deal. But each time I try and render (batch render for all 5 parts at once, render loop region for each part at a time…) I get that error. The part that confuses me is I can’t figure out what device it’s trying to refer to. I shouldn’t really even have a device for this. It’s just rendering footage. It rendered it fine the first 2 times I rendered it…

Keep the troubleshooting simple. Don’t use the scripts, just “Render As” one selection.
